- 12 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 12 small wooden skewers
Avocado Sauce
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the avocado sauce: Place the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Transfer the sauce to a small bowl and set aside.
- Assemble the skewers: Thread one cherry tomato onto a wooden skewer, then add a folded basil leaf, followed by a mozzarella ball, a piece of cooked bacon, and finish with another cherry tomato. Repeat this process for all 12 skewers and arrange them on a serving platter.
