- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1–2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
Cheese Layer
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Garnish
- Additional chopped basil leaves
- Red pepper flakes
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Bruschetta Topping: Combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt to taste in a bowl. Toss all ingredients well and let the mixture marinate for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Make the Cheese Layer: In a blender or food processor, add crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste. Puree the mixture for 3–4 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Dip: Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly onto a shallow serving plate or bowl. Spoon the marinated bruschetta topping evenly over the cheese layer.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle additional chopped basil, red pepper flakes, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top for extra flavor and visual appeal. Serve immediately alongside crackers, toasted baguette slices, or pita chips for dipping.
Notes
- Allow the tomato mixture to marinate to enhance the flavors.

- Adjust balsamic vinegar according to your preferred tanginess.
- Softening the cream cheese beforehand helps achieve a creamy texture.
- This dip is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
- Pair with toasted bread or crunchy crackers for contrast in texture.
