Ingredients
Scale
Cauliflower Bites
- 1 medium cauliflower (about 1 lb), cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup water
Buffalo Sauce & Garnish
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare for baking the cauliflower.
- Make Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and water. Whisk the mixture until it forms a smooth batter without lumps.
- Coat Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated, then place them onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
- Bake First Round: Bake the coated florets for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the baking time so both sides become golden brown and crispy.
- Toss in Buffalo Sauce: Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven and toss the florets in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Bake Again: Return the coated florets to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to set and the bites to become slightly crispier.
- Garnish and Serve: Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites hot for the best flavor and texture.

- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the bites for 1-2 minutes at the end, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven to retain crispness.
