For the Chicken Burgers

  • 1 ½ lb ground chicken meat (thighs preferred)

For the Avocado Corn Salsa

  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 ear of fresh corn, kernels removed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Patty Mixture: Place the ground chicken in a large mixing bowl. Add in the shredded cheese, chopped scallions, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
