Perfect for parties or a light snack, this no-bake veggie pizza offers a refreshing combination of textures and flavors that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Cream Cheese Spread

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable Toppings

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers (seeded)
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or cilantro)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare crust: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Roll out the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to create a smooth, even layer on the baking sheet.
  2. Bake the crust: Bake the crescent roll crust for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the crust to cool completely before adding any toppings.
  3. Make the cream cheese spread: In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill or Italian seasoning, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the spread: Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Dice, chop, or shred the vegetables into small, uniform pieces to ensure even distribution and vibrant flavor in each bite.
  6. Assemble the pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll crust, leaving a small border around the edges for presentation.
  7. Add vegetable toppings: Arrange the prepared vegetables in a single, even layer over the cream cheese spread. Add any optional toppings of your choice to enhance the flavor and appearance.
  8. Chill before serving: For the best taste and texture, chill the assembled pizza in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the cream cheese spread to firm up slightly.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cream cheese with a dairy-free alternative to make the recipe vegan-friendly.
  • Feel free to customize the vegetable toppings with whatever fresh veggies you prefer or have on hand.
  • Optional shredded cheese can be added either before chilling or after for extra flavor, but keep in mind it will slightly warm and melt if added immediately after baking.
  • To keep the crust crisp, make sure it is completely cooled before spreading the cream cheese mixture.
  • This pizza is best served chilled or at room temperature, not heated.
