Description

A refreshing and tropical Pineapple Mango Rum Punch combining sweet fruit juices and a mix of light, dark, and coconut rums. Perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or anytime you want a vibrant, fruity cocktail with a citrus twist and optional fizzy finish.

Ingredients

Scale

Juices

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup mango juice (or nectar)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Alcohol

  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup coconut rum (optional)

Other Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices, mango chunks, or lime wheels for garnish
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine Juices: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, mango juice, orange juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  2. Add Rums: Stir in the light rum, dark rum, and coconut rum if using to blend the tropical flavors.
  3. Sweeten: Add the simple syrup and stir well. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more syrup if needed.
  4. Chill or Serve: Chill the punch in the refrigerator for about an hour to develop flavors, or serve immediately over plenty of ice for a cooler drink.
  5. Serve: Pour the punch into glasses filled with ice cubes for a refreshing presentation.
  6. Garnish: Garnish each glass with fresh pineapple slices, mango chunks, lime wheels, or mint leaves to add color and aroma.
  7. Optional Fizz: For a sparkling twist, add a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale to each glass before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of simple syrup according to your preferred sweetness level.
  • The coconut rum is optional but adds a nice tropical depth to the punch.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rums and add more juice or sparkling water.
  • Garnishes not only add flavor but make the drink more visually appealing for parties.
  • Serve immediately after adding ice to keep the punch cold and fresh.
