Description

These Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a delicious and comforting meal featuring tender turkey breast cutlets rolled with flavorful stuffing and baked to perfection. Ideal for a hearty dinner, they bring together classic savory flavors with an easy-to-make recipe perfect for family meals or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

Turkey Roll Ups

  • 4 boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing: In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Stir until the stuffing is moistened and well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  3. Season the turkey: Season the turkey cutlets with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper evenly on both sides for enhanced flavor.
  4. Assemble the roll-ups: Place a spoonful of the prepared stuffing in the center of each turkey cutlet. If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle some on top of the stuffing. Carefully roll up each cutlet to enclose the stuffing.
  5. Place in baking dish: Arrange the turkey roll-ups seam side down in the greased baking dish to keep them intact while baking.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing is hot. For a golden brown top, broil for 2-3 minutes if desired.
  7. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if using, and serve with your favorite side dishes to complete the meal.

Notes

  • Use boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets for easy rolling and even cooking.
  • Optional mozzarella cheese adds a creamy texture and extra flavor to the stuffing.
  • Baking ensures tender turkey and fully cooked stuffing inside the roll-ups.
  • Broiling briefly at the end adds a nice browned finish to the tops.
  • These roll-ups pair well with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
